Dr. Kamran Khoobehi and his associates, Drs. Sophia Mai and Jules Walters, have full medical privileges to the HOUMA Outpatient Surgery Center, which is a fully accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center. This facility is located in the heart of Metairie’s medical district and is where our surgeons perform the majority of their cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries that require general anesthesia. Founded in 1985, HOSC provides excellent medical care driven by a team of dedicated nurses, anesthesiologists, medical technicians, and skilled surgeons. The facility offers three fully-equipped surgical suites, with private entrance and exit, ample parking, and comfortable recovery areas. HOSC maintains certification and licensure through the State of Louisiana and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
